Fantastic $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy
Following a brief run back in April, this cartography software collection is back with an encore that lasts until Dec. 2. Hailed as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" developed by a specialized software company throughout their history, the complete package carries a value of over $1,300. And there are three different bundles available here.
The Main Attraction
The standout feature is definitely permanent access to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade cartography program which enables users to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, smaller regional maps, urban layouts, and most notably, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

Package Levels
Basic Package
The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Monster Token Pack 1, Castle Source Maps, Urban Source Maps. This package suits existing CC3+ users, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
Intermediate Package
The eight-item bundle for at least $15 is where things get more interesting by adding in permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from the company's long-running monthly subscription service which includes multiple CC3+ enhancements including map packs and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

All 17 volumes from the Annual series are included here, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs that can help users craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and continents in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection is so worth it, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. But it's obviously an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The one caveat here is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the software is only usable with Windows systems.
Philanthropic Aspect
As with other Humble Bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. In this instance, that's Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response.
